The conference registration fee is payable in advance and includes documentation, breakfasts, luncheon(s), and refreshments.
Discounts:
Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined.
Early Bird Discount — Register by December 7, 2007 to save €300 off your registration fee. The Early Bird Discount may NOT be combined with the Team Discount or any other promotional offer.
Team Discount — Register 3 or more attendees simultaneously and pay €935 + VAT @ 20%. Price only applicable when you register three or more delegates simultaneously from the same organization, and may NOT be combined with the Early Bird Discount or any other promotional offer.

A block of rooms have been reserved for Platts Steel’s Future — Are Futures for Steel? conference participants at a preferential rates on the 27th and 28th January 2008:
Room Rates:
Single occupancy: €149.00 per night
Double occupancy: €169.00 per night
Rates are inclusive of 19% VAT. In order to receive the buffet breakfast a supplementary charge will be required of €24.
To take advantage of the preferential rates please quote the Platts conference name when making your reservation.
Availability is limited and the reduced rate is not guaranteed after the January 7, 2008.
Hotel facilities include:
- Business centre — Available 7am until 7pm
- Complimentary use of the Health Club, and swimming pool
Substitutions & Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking we must receive notice in writing before January 4, 2008 and you will be entitled to a refund of the delegate fee paid less the administration fee of €260 + VAT. Cancellations received on or after January 4, 2008 will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.
In case of conference cancellation Platts liability is limited to refund the conference registration fee only. Platts reserves the right to alter this programme without prior notice.

Platts stands behind the quality of its conferences. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the conference, a credit will be awarded towards a comparable Platts conference of your choice.
