Discount Accommodations:
A limited number of rooms has been reserved for Platts 3rd Annual European Nuclear Power conference participants at the Hilton London Canary Wharf at a rate of €180 (excluding VAT), per night, single occupancy, and including breakfast. The discounted rate is for the nights of June 29th and 30th only and will be honored until June 9, 2008 — based on availability. Reserve by calling 0203 002 2300; ask for Group reservations quoting ‘GPLAA’ or ‘Platts Nuclear Conference’ in order to receive the discounted rate.
Hotel Facilities:
- The Business Centre is open 24 hours and staffed between 07:00 and 23:00
- The LivingWell Express gym is accessible 24 hours, guests should always register with the Reception to gain complimentary access
- Check in time is 15:00 and check out at midday
Substitutions & Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking we must receive notice in writing before June 06, 2008 and you will be entitled to a refund of the delegate fee paid less the administration fee of €260. Cancellations received on or after June 06, 2008 will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.
In case of conference cancellation Platts liability is limited to refund the conference registration fee only. Platts reserves the right to alter this programme without prior notice.
