The conference registration fee is payable in advance and includes breakfasts, luncheon, refreshments, reception, and post conference documentation. Make checks (in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to Platts (no personal checks accepted). Verification for the Government Rate may be needed.

Substitutions & Cancellations
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up
to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations received in writing
on or before September 30, 2005, will be refunded, less a $195 administration
charge. No refunds will made after this date; however, the registration fee less the $195 administrative charge can be credited to another Platts conference if you register within 6 months from the date of this conference. In case of conference cancellation, Platts ability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only. Platts reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

The CD-ROM is available for $298 (+ $50 for intl shipping) and includes articles and presentations.
