US propane, propylene stocks fall 1.1 mil barrels week on week: EIA

US propane and propylene stocks fell 1.1 million barrels to 65.57 million barrels in the reporting week that ended January 4, the Energy Information Administration said Wednesday.

Midwest stocks fell 1.51 million barrels to 21.55 million barrels, East Coast supplies were down 124,000 barrels at 5.02 million barrels, Gulf Coast stocks were up 654,000 barrels at 36.68 million barrels and West Coast/Rocky Mountain inventories were down 119,000 barrels at 2.32 million barrels.

Stocks of propylene for non-fuel use were down 270,000 barrels to 3.47 million barrels in the week that ended January 4, EIA said.
