New York (Platts)--14Oct2009/555 pm EDT/2155 GMT
Effective December 14, 2009, Platts will refer to the assessment previously
labeled "French Atl" as Dunkirk and the assessment previously labeled "Suez
ports" as Suez. 

Contrary to a prior announcement, the assessment currently labeled French Med
will remain labeled as such. 

It was earlier announced that these changes would be made effective January 4,
2010.
