Effective October 20 and following a change in tariffs at the port of Batumi,
Platts is updating its Mediterranean Worldscale basket flat rates for the FOB
0.1%, 0.2% and 10 ppm cargo assessments. 

The Batumi-Genoa flat rate will increase from 11.05 to 11.26, and the
Batumi-Lavera flat rate will increase from 11.76 to 11.97. For 0.2%, the
basket rate will increase from 11.48 to 11.53. 

For 0.1%, the basket rate will increase from 9.38 to 9.45. For 10 ppm, the
basket rate will increase from 8.23 to 8.28.
