When will the 2009 Top 250 list be released?
The 2010 Platts Top 250 Global Energy Company Rankings were officially announced November 2, 2010 via the Platts website and global press release. The 2011 list will be announced in November 2011.
Do Asian companies that attend the Top 250 Awards Dinner have to make a speech?
Those companies that have been named one of the Top 15 Asia Energy Companies, Fastest Growing, or #1 Asia by industry will be invited to designate an individual award recipient. When the company rank is announced, a representative will be invited to the stage and be allowed to deliver brief remarks (under 2 minutes). All Top 250 companies will be publicly recognized during the event, however, they will not be asked to speak.

Once the Top 250 rankings are announced, use of the awards in external communications, including advertising and promotional materials, is permitted via execution of a license agreement. Companies may issue a press release announcing their accomplishments using Platts' guidelines.
