John Kingston

John Kingston is the head of oil for Platts and he manages a staff of approximately 80 journalists around the world.

Kingston has also been a crude oil reporter, international crude editor, managing editor of Oilgram Price Report, executive editor of Platts Oilgram News, director of metals, director of US editorial.

Kingston worked at a daily metals publication, American Metal Market, prior to joining Platts in 1985. Before that, he worked at newspapers in Virginia and New Jersey.
