The rule, requiring companies to report bribes to foreign governments, was included in the Dodd-Frank Act but overturned in federal court. Within days of moving into the White House, President Donald Trump signed a bill to repeal it. What’s next? According to Morgan, the rule is still law and needs to be implemented, but how?
