NYMEX RBOB pops higher on inventory draw


While most of the oil complex has been treading water ahead of next month’s US Federal Reserve meeting, RBOB futures moved higher on data showing a draw in US gasoline inventories, while news of progress to restart one of Libya’s ports after a strike limited upside in futures.
