The US jet fuel industry is facing more problems with off-spec product, leading to lots of discussion around how jet fuel is stored, mixed, shipped on pipelines and tested. Kent Carlson, US jet fuel reporter, talks with Amanda Rayborn, managing editor for middle distillates, about some theories around why the jet fuel is testing off-spec, what's being done to address it, and whether contaminated fuel is making it into aircraft.
