DHT Holdings has acquired BW Group's Very Large Crude Carrier Fleet, which consists of 11 VLCCS, including two new builds due for delivery in 2018, valued at approximately $538 million at prevailing broker valuations, BW Group and DHT Holdings said Thursday in a joint statement.
