Indian Oil Corporation offers its products through petrol/diesel stations, consumer outlets, lube distribution outlets, SERVO SHOPS, SKO/LDO dealerships, and LPG distribution outlets.

The company also operates retail outlets with multiple facilities, such as food courts, first aid, dormitories for drivers and cleaners, and repair and spare part shops.

Indian Oil Corporation has joint ventures with Avi-Oil India Limited; Indian Oiltanking Limited; Lubrizol India Private Limited; IndianOil Petronas Private Limited; Petronet LNG Limited; Petronet India Limited; Petronet VK Limited; IndianOil Panipat Power Consortium Limited; Petronet CTM Limited; Petronet CI Limited; Gail India, Ltd.; and IndianOil TCG Petrochem Limited.

The company was founded in 1958 and is based in New Delhi, India.
