Mol Magyar Olaj-es Gazipari Rt. and its subsidiaries operate as an integrated oil and gas company in central and eastern Europe.

It engages in the exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas, and gas products; refining, transportation, storage, and distribution of crude oil products in retail and wholesale markets; and importation, transportation, storage, and wholesale trading of natural gas and other gas products, as well as the production and sale of olefins and polyolefins.

As of December 31, 2005, the company had proven reserves of approximately 100.9 million barrels of crude oil and approximately 189.1 million barrels of oil equivalent of natural gas.

It also had 12 exploration wells and 29 development wells, as well as operated 834 fuel stations, including 355 in Hungary, 253 in Slovakia, 30 in the Czech Republic, and 137 in Romania, as of the above date.

The company has strategic partnership with INA. d.d. Mol Magyar was founded in 1991 and is based in Budapest, Hungary.
