US distillate stocks plunged by 6.02 million barrels last week, with both heating oil and ULSD inventories on the decline. While distillate demand edged lower, so did production, and the US continued to export distillate fuels at a furious pace, with one government analyst saying the figure could be as high as 1.1 million b/d.
