South Africa's Sibanye Gold to acquire US PGMs miner Stillwater

Stillwater Mining has entered into an agreement with South Africa's Sibanye Gold under which Sibanye will acquire Stillwater for $18.00/share in cash representing an aggregate enterprise value of $2.2 billion, the companies said Friday.
