World Steel Association 2017 General Assembly

The World Steel Association (worldsteel) is holding its general assembly in Brussels this week, a dynamic annual event attended by top executives from the major steelmaking companies around the globe. Members represent approximately 85% of the world's steel production, including more than 160 steel producers with nine of the 10 largest steel companies, national and regional steel industry associations, and steel research institutes. This year marks the group’s 50th anniversary.
