Have refiners' hopes for a quick rollback of the US biofuel mandate by the Trump administration fizzled out? The industry judged two early appointments as signs of the president's willingness to reform the Renewable Fuel Standard. But with the administration's first 100 days nearly over, no policy changes are on the horizon, except for 2018 blending levels due in November.

Geoff Moody, vice president for government relations at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers trade group, joins Platts senior oil editors Meghan Gordon and Brian Scheid to talk about how refiners see the regulatory outlook for biofuels.
