With Luciano Battistini

November 17, 2015 06:08:38 EST (3:16)

Enbridge's Line 9 reversal and expansion has been in the works for some time now, and the North American crude oil market has seen sharp price reactions to various hurdles during the approval process. Now that Line 9 is set to start in December, Luciano Battistini looks at the driving forces behind recent Canadian crude price movements, how trading is looking since its approval, and whether certain crude grades could be displaced as the line is filled.

Note: The video misidentifies the location of the Clearbrook trading hub, which is in Minnesota.
