After volatile H1, seaborne iron ore market seen steady in Q3

Iron ore prices' plunge to an all-time low of $38.50/mt in December 2015 dampened market sentiment going in to 2016. Small mills were forced to shut down furnaces, and many had to cut down operating rates to mitigate losses. But price spikes were also seen particularly around March and April.
