Are Asian oil refiners set for a second Golden Age?

With Jonathan Nonis

March 10, 2016 07:20:00 EST (3:15)

In this video, Platts senior managing editor Jonathan Nonis examines whether or not some market observers are correct in saying that the second Golden Age for Asian refining has actually started, what could keep margins going and how a sharp rally crude oil prices could turn dampen the mood in the market.
